As part of our commitment to patient care, we will call your insurance company and check the benefits allowed for our services. Should authorization be needed, we will gather all the necessary paperwork and submit it to the insurance company. We will explain your insurance benefits and any expected financial responsibility. Remember, the Evaluation and Risk Assessment is complimentary.
